Sometimes it's easier to round up a group of colleagues and all chip in to book your favourite yoga teacher yourself! We have many options available, so you if you don't see something that suits you, contact us and we can tailor a package just for you.
Rest assured, all our teachers are fully insured, certified instructors, with CPR and First Aid certificates.

Frequently asked questions
How much room do we need?
It depends if you are doing seated meditation or a pilates/yoga session. For meditation, your standard meeting size will be fine. For yoga, pilates or qigong, we need enough space for each person to lay down.
Can we wear our work clothes?
Yes! Of course active wear is definately more comfortable, but yes you can! When you contact us, let us know and we will make sure that accomodate work atire. No shoes are required as these will damage the mats AND it's great to set those feet free!
How do we pay?
Once all the details are finalised, we will send you an invoice. Someone will need to coordinate collecting all the money and you can either deposit into our account or pay by card.
How do we get started?
Select one of the options and shoot us a message. We will then send you a poster that you can distribute via email and put up in the kitchen or community area so that you can start collecting interest. Once you feel you have enough numbers, choose a day/time that suits you and let us know!
