We are so excited to be supporting Mindful in May as a community again for 2023! You can join us any time!
Mindful in May is the world’s largest annual, online mindfulness fundraising campaign!
“There are any number of benefits to mindfulness including deepening our joy in living, improving our connectedness and relationships, improving memory and mental health, even driving our cars more safely, and of course lowering rates of depression and anxiety,” says Dr Hassed.
How does it work?
Each day we post a simple activity on our social media pages to encourage you to take small steps everyday in becoming more mindful. By registering your attendance we can join in together, support, encourage and applaud your progress.
