Each year, we return to North Stradbroke Island – not just to retreat, but to remember. To come home to our breath, to each other, and to the quiet wisdom of nature. This gathering is for all who’ve walked the path with us, students, teachers, trainees, long-time friends, and those just beginning. It’s a time to reconnect with the heart of yoga and to be nourished by community, stillness, movement, and the land beneath our feet.
