Kick-start your yoga practice in 2020 with our 5 Week Beginners Course - open to all abilities! This My Health Yoga Course has been created to provide new Yogis with a balanced and authentic introduction into the world of Yoga. When first starting Yoga, most students are drawn to the physical benefits, or have been recommended to start Yoga classes for their physical health. With a variety of styles of class available, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. Additionally, the strange language and words that are spoken, the seemingly mystical spiritual side and the tight knit community of dedicated “Yogis” which you are approaching for advice can often be enough to intimidate someone looking to start a Yoga practice. We are here to help. This course, presented over 5 weeks, will deliver a basic Yoga class complete with all the information you need to know to start…
