About the event

After the energy of Christmas, New Year celebrations and resolutions fade, many of us notice a dip in mood, motivation, or nervous system capacity. I hear you... you are not alone.


Feel Good February was created after I was chatting with a friend who shared that she was devoting the whole of February to her self-care... and I thought - brilliant! So I decided to create this journey as a gentle, supportive reset. Not to fix yourself, but to devote 28 days to YOU.


Over the next 28 days, we’ll explore simple daily practices inspired by positive psychology (PERMA-H) and yoga therapy, designed to support emotional wellbeing, connection, and regulation.


Whether you’re feeling flat, overwhelmed, or actually feeling great and wanting to maintain momentum, this space is for you :)
