About the event

This workshop sold out in 3 days last year so please book asap to avoid disappointment. The ULTIMATE relaxation, perfect for this cold winter weather. Allow yourself to melt away tension whilst being completely supported, nurtured & pampered in an afternoon of pure, indulgent bliss.

Hot Basalt stones (heated in a rock stone heater) will be placed onto the body in restorative, therapeutic yoga poses (clothed). Hot stone placement is deeply relaxing, warming and healing. At times the stones will be used to massage the neck the feet and hands. The heat from the stones gently penetrating into the muscles, melting away layers of stress and emotional tension.

Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice. The body will be completely supported with soft bolsters, blankets and blocks to create a deeply restful practice that invites the mind to slow down. Postures will be held anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.
