Kids Halloween Yoga Adventure

Our monthly Sunday Sesh has taken a turn, here's one for the kiddies!!

We have planned:

🎃 40 min halloween yoga adventure

🎃 Trick or treat lucky dip prize for every child

🎃 Dress-up in your favourite scary or not so scary halloween costume 👻

🎃 Witches brew

🎃 Cheeky Halloween themed cupcakes, jelly and other snacks

Kids yoga is not what you think. It is not about how to teach kids to sit and meditate for 20min, it's fun and playful but importantly it builds children's self esteem, their resilience and inner strength to give them the foundation and tools to take them through the teenage years and adult life. We have a kids class scheduled every Wednesday at 3:45pm and I'm also considering adding a Sunday class at 8am. Let me know if you might be interested so we can decide if this will go ahead. In the meantime, bring the kids along to our Halloween yoga party for some FUN! $15 per child, suitable for 4 to 9yo's.
