About the event

Join us for another year of 30 days of Mindfulness in May!

How to participate: You can join in anywhere around the world!!  Each day in May we will post a fun, simple mindful activity for you to do. Update your status, blog or post on social media your activity (accountability) and tag us @myDrishti_Yoga The hashtags if you use them are #myDrishtiMIM Share our event link with your friends and family to get as many people involved as possible  Each year we run an online Mindful in May challenge and everyone is invited, past and present students, anyone around the world, come and join in!

Mindfulness is considered a key element to fighting stress! There are many benefits of mindfulness which I will post more information about throughout the month of May. The good news is, research shows to experience the benefits of mindfulness you don't need to make a huge commitment of time - however regular practice is vital. Which is where the 30 days comes in! Every day for 30 days we will post a mindfulness activity for you to participate in to help show you how easy it is to make mindfulness more of a daily habit.
