New Moon Reset Retreat

We are so excited and looking forward to the New Moon retreat with you this Saturday!  Here is an outline with more information and details about the event.

If you need to borrow a yoga mat please let us know.

7:30am: Arrive

8am: Yoga with Ocean Views 

This will be a beautiful gentle and nourishing class suitable for all levels of yoga. The style will be in-between a hatha and gentle flow to allow us moments of a dance-like-meditative flow and space to pause and feel immersed in mother nature; gaze skyward and bathe in all her glory - to feel, see and appreciate the magic around us.

Bring yoga mats and any other props you might need for your practice.
