What's on?

We have 2 free classes on offer in morning - our studio is intimate with only 18 places available max so make sure you book in to avoid disappointment! You can come to 1 or both of the classes :)

Our doors will be open all morning for you to pop in any time from 8am to 12noon, otherwise book in for our yoga classes 'On the House!' 

We will have cake by NUTRI HITT! An EPIC birthday sale! Prizes, Free Yoga, Giveaways! Yoga shopping..! Massage, Sound Healing!
