✨ Just a relaxing Yin & Pimms by Sunset! The perfect way to unwind and reset for the year.

We’ll start the evening with a gorgeously relaxing yin practice, focusing on releasing tension and softening the mind and soul after such a big year. We might do this inside, or outside... we’ll see where the weather takes us. Either way, you expect a peacefully, grounding practice.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a glass of refreshing Pimms Cocktail and fruit together, because, why not! Just something fun, and a little different... relaxing, refreshing, and social! An hour to connect and unwind as we soak in the afternoon sun and watch the sky turn golden.
