About the event
Join us for a gorgeous VinYin Immersion on Saturday 18th September from 11:30am to 4pm!
We will commence with a Find your Flow workshop as we break-down your Sun Salutations and move into an adaptable Vinyasa flow.
For the second half of class, moving into a Yin workshop, discussing modifications and the benefits of regularly practicing yin, the difference between Yin and Restorative Yin.
Finishing with traditional Yin asana and following with our restorative yummy yin style with sound healing using crystal bowls and our Jupiter gong.
This counts as 4.5 hours towards your teacher training hours.
