VinYin Immersion Retreat

Open to all students and trainees! Gift yourself some time out and re-center for the new year - join us for our VinYin Immersion on Saturday 11th February from 3pm to 7:30pm!

Starting with an intention setting meditation we will move into a 60min Find your Flow workshop as we break-down Sun Salutations and Vinyasa and move into a 60min adaptable flow, to let go and surrender last year and invite in the new for 2023.

For the second half of the day, you will be guided into a deeply releasing yin class and as we progress into the evening, a nourishing restorative yin under candlelight with sound healing.

For newly enrolled and current trainees, this counts as 4.5 hours towards your teacher training hours.
