About the Event

Ever wanted to know how to release muscle tension in your neck and shoulders? Or get to that deep tightness in the front of your hip you just can't seem to shake?

Then this workshop is for you.

Sports Therapist Rhys Carson of Move New Musculoskeletal Health will be going head-to-toe, highlighting the most common areas of body pain, and how we can use trigger point therapy to increase muscle function and decrease pain in those areas.

Common areas of pain covered during the workshop include:

Upper shoulders and neck

Overhead shoulder position

Middle back and scapula

Lower back

Glutes

Sciatic nerve discomfort

Hip flexor tightness

Knee pain

Ankle

Come along and learn the basics of releasing muscle tension through trigger pointing. Limited 15 spots.

Release common areas of muscle tension

Improve muscle activation

Stimulate healthy blood flow

Decrease joint pain

Promote muscle health

You will need: towel & water bottle.

We'll have plenty of trigger point balls, tennis balls, and yoga mats on hand (but don't be shy about bringing your own!)
