Winter Warmer - Hot Stones & Restorative Yin with Sound Healing

Warm your cold bones in this chilly weather with our  2 hour mini-retreat - the perfect relaxation to restore the body during this cold winter weathe...stiff bones, lethargy, low motivation, building your immunity and need some nourishment? This is the class!

You will have not 1 but 2 facilitators; our Founder of myDrishti Yoga Caroline Vega will guide you through deeply healing restorative yoga and sound healing, inviting the mind to slow down. Restorative yoga is practiced laying down, with lots of blankets and props to make sure you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Alongside with our certified yoga massage therapist Vera Caseiro. Vera will be intuitively placing heated basalt stones on your (clothed) body and massaging through the hands & arms, neck and shoulders with the hot stones and warm oil.
