Welcome to our Women's Circle Chakra Series!

Celebrate the divine feminine, and let your authentic self shine! Once a month, together we’ll explore on one of the foundational chakras exploring how its energy translates to our physical and emotional states.

What’s in store?

* Opening ritual/guided meditation, acknowledgment, honouring our female ancestors.

* Introduction of the chakra and circle discussion. An opportunity to be heard, feel connected, share or just listen.

* Prompted journaling practice

* Themed yoga movement relating to the chakra of the month. This might look like movement to shift stagnant energy or blockages. Or gentle holds with breath to suppress and settle overactive energy; both with the intention to restore chakra balance.

* Sharing and connecting time with tea and oracle cards.

* Worksheet

* Herbal or chai tea

* Small take home gift

What to bring:

* Pen/journal, wear whatever you feel comfortable in
