Back due to popular demand - Yoga Nidra & Sounding Healing; Complete relaxation and stress relief.

Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing. Immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of our chakra crystal singing bowls and authentic Paiste Jupiter gong. You will by guided through a Nidra by myDrishti Yoga Founder, Caroline Vega, with doubled-mats, lots of blankets and support to make sure you feel completely comfortable and at ease.

We will begin with some gentle movement and restorative yin poses and gradually move into a guided yoga nidra.  Not sure what a Yoga Nidra is? Yoga nidra means, Yogic Sleep.  A yoga nidra is where you are systematically guided through a powerful technique, shifting your awareness from the external world to the internal world, leading you into a state of harmonious, restful being.

A yoga nidra induces your brainwaves to transition from beta (waking state) to alpha and theta, (dreaming and deep sleep states) - a deeply healing and relaxing meditation technique where you float between sleeping and waking consciousness, stilling the waves of the mind through conscious entry into the sleep state.

Perfect if you lead a stressful, busy life, if you struggle with sleep, can't find a way to still your monkey mind chitta, or feeling exhausted. It's said that 60 minutes of yoga nidra is the equivalent of of 4 hours of sleep.

No yoga experience required, a yoga nidra can be practiced by anyone.

For newly enrolled and current trainees, this counts as 2 hours towards your teacher training hours.

What to bring:

Wear comfortable clothes, socks. Everything is provided but feel free to bring your own mat and eye pillow.
