We are opening our doors to the local community with free & donation yoga classes for all!
All proceeds from this event will go directly to our beloved local cat & kitten rescue organisation, Best Friends Felines, helping to provide essential care, shelter, and love to animals in need. http://www.bestfriendsfelines.com/
Schedule of our day:
- 9am: Baby Yoga & Massage (free or donation) [SOLD OUT]
- 10am: Gentle Yoga Flow & Massage (free or donation)
- 11am: Breathwork & Yoga Teacher Training Info Session (free)
- 1pm: Paws & Be in the Meow - Yoga with Kittens ($40 donation) [SOLD OUT]
- 2pm to 3pm: Kittens Cuddle Time (15min bookings) ($5 donation) [2pm SOLD OUT, 2:15pm SOLD OUT, 2:30pm SOLD OUT, 2:45pm 2xavailable]
- 4:30pm: Relaxing Yin & Sound Healing (free or donation)
• Interested in learning more about Yoga Teacher Training we offer? • New to the area and would like to pop in to have a look around and meet us? • Never done yoga before and would like a taste-tester first? • Avid yoga lover, looking for a fun afternoon out, an animal lover... you live in the building but haven’t checked us out yet… all are great reasons - you’re all invited!!
