We offer a wide range of classes including a Gentle Flow, Yin, Hatha, Sound Healing, and Massage-infused sessions. All mats and props provided with classes running morning, daytime, and evening (and continuing to expand), there’s something to support every body and lifestyle.
We are well-known for our next-level workshops and retreats carefully designed to support you in slowing down and reconnecting, including meditation, beginners courses, and specialised offerings such as full moon and self-love workshops. You can join us for day retreats within an hour of Brisbane or fuweekend retreats.
With over 10 years of training yoga teachers, we deliver highly regarded, Yoga Alliance-registered trainings that are fully certified and insurable. Led by a senior facilitator Carolina Vega, our offerings include Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training, Kids Yoga, Sound Healing, and Yoga Nidra, alongside a range of specialised and workshops.
We have a range of private sessions available to support your individual needs, including Reiki, holistic therapy, sound healing, and private yoga and more.
We offer classes for children from as young as 8 weeks through to high school, such as Mums & Bubs, toddler classes, after-school wellness programs, and classes within childcare centres. We also provide mindfulness programs for educators and parents, along with a growing collection of digital resources such as breathing cards, mindfulness activities, and affirmation cards designed to support children’s wellbeing at home, in classrooms, or within yoga settings.
We love connecting with our local community and offer regular free community events including yoga at Mount Coot-tha on Sundays, Mindfulness in May, Kirtan with shared dinners, community walks, supporting fundraising and local Fetes to help create a space for connection, wellbeing, and belonging.
