Our warm and inviting studio is a home away from home, across from the Gabba stadium in the heart of Woolloongabba and Kangaroo Point.

We have classes to suit everyone from Pregnancy & Post Natal, to Baby Yoga, Teens, Seniors. From the Yoga Newbie to training Yoga Teachers.

We have a large range of classes; relaxing and meditation, sound healing, yoga with massage to vinyasa, pilates and sports recovery.

​

We offer courses, retreats, yoga teacher training as well as our holistic therapies such as hot stones, cupping and Swedish massage.
