Welcome to Yoga for Young Teens


Suitable for ages ~10 to 16 years

This class suitable from ages 10 to 16 years, however flexible at the parent and teachers discretion.

Our young teens yoga and mindfulness classes are guided similar to an adults class, however also offer workshops and conversations relatable to the challenges young teens face.

Over the term we teach:
- Meditation 

- Mindfulness 
- Empowerment building techniques
- Self-compassion
- Stress management activities
- Journaling
- Sharing circle

When: Thursdays 5pm - 5:45pm 

If this time doesn't suit, please contact us to express interest in an alternative day/time.

Classes are held once a week coinciding with school terms and each term will usually have a set theme. We encourage parents to enroll your child in the full term so they are able to receive the full benefits of the classes, however we do accept casual bookings.

What to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothes. No socks or shoes are required during class.
We can supply mats complimentary.

HOW TO BOOK A CASUAL CLASS: To book a casual class, select the individual date you would like to register. Bookings are essential. Please email if you have any difficulties booking.
