This class suitable from ages 11 to 16 years, however flexible at the parent and teachers discretion.
Our young teens yoga and mindfulness classes are guided similar to an adults class, however also offer workshops and conversations relatable to the challenges young teens face.
Over the term we teach:
- Meditation
- Mindfulness
- Empowerment building techniques
- Self-compassion
- Stress management activities
- Journaling
- Sharing circle
When: Tuesdays 5pm - 5:45pm
Structure:
Classes are held FORTNIGHTLY during school terms and each term will usually have a set theme. We encourage parents to enroll your child in the full term so they are able to receive the full benefits of the classes, however we do accept casual bookings.
What to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothes. No socks or shoes are required during class.
We can supply mats complimentary.
